Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of your reservation, in order to reschedule.
We will try to accommodate rescheduling bookings within 48 hours of the
reservation start time, but we can not guarantee that we will be able to reschedule it.
If you wish to instead cancel your reservation, you will be refunded paid monies,
excepting any non-refundable deposits:
Harbor Sunset Charter:
$100 non-refundable deposit minimum deposited required at booking.
Please contact us directly to schedule Harbor Charters.
Wake Sports Packages:
$200 non-refundable deposit minimum deposited required at booking.
**WEATHER CANCELLATION EXCEPTIONS**
If we cancel the reservation due to weather, you may reschedule your reservation at any other available time, using the non-refundable deposit that you have already paid.
However, if you wish to instead cancel, you will be refunded all paid monies,
excepting any non-refundable deposits, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
There are no exceptions to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
